Planning your next theme park visit and want to minimize wait times? RideGuide shows you real-time wait times for 15 parks worldwide – updated every 5 minutes. Get the maximum out of your visit.
1. The Homepage: Parks at a Glance
The homepage features an impressive hero image with the title "Live Wait Times. Optimized Park Visits." and three key statistics below:
- Average wait time across all parks – see at a glance how busy the parks are today
- Number of active parks – currently 15 parks worldwide in the system
- Total number of attractions – over 800 rides are tracked
Scroll down to the park overview. Each park card shows:
- Park name and location (e.g., "Phantasialand, Brühl")
- Current average wait time in large numbers
- Status badge ("Open" in green or "Closed" in red)
- Number of tracked attractions
The search bar at the top right filters parks in real-time – simply enter a name or country (e.g., "Disney" or "Japan").

Click on a park card to go to the detail page (e.g., Phantasialand). At the top, you'll see a large hero image of the park with its name and location.

- Today's Trend – shows average wait time throughout the day (line chart from opening to closing)
- Average by Weekday – bar chart for each weekday to identify the best visiting days

- Occupancy Calendar – heatmap calendar with crowd levels (green = low, red = high)

Click on a date in the calendar to go to the special day view. This page shows you all attractions with their wait times at different times of the selected day.
